摘要
《论语》原文及英译本中蕴含着丰富的投射语言资源,原文中的投射语言在不同的英译本中有不同的词汇和语法表现形式,不同形式背后表达的是不同的意义。本文从概念功能理论出发,探讨与比较了《论语》原文及不同英译文中投射语言概念功能的实现方式,我们发现,不同译者在翻译原文投射语言时,采用不同的过程和逻辑关系类型,造成译本所表达的概念意义有所差异,这在一定程度上反映了译者对原文概念意义的理解差异,从而采取了不同的翻译策略。
The Analects of Confucius ＂ in the original text and the English translation contains rich language projection. The projections of the original text in different languages have different English translations of vocabulary and grammar forms, different forms of expression behind a different meaning. This paper discusses and compares the ＂Analects of Confucius＂ and realization of projecting function in different English translations and we found that dif- ferent translators apply different processes and logical relations dealing with the original projection language, resulting in differences in conceptual meaning expressed in different translations,which to some extent reflects the difference in translators＂ understanding of the original meaning and different translation strategies.
