摘要
通过正交试验制备9组玻化微珠加气混凝土砌块,水量大小随玻化微珠掺量比例增大而相应增加;玻化微珠加气混凝土强度方面,生石灰掺量对其强度大小影响极显著;粉煤灰对其强度大小影响显著;玻化微珠对其强度大小具有一定影响;试验研究证明在加气混凝土中掺加玻化微珠,并应用多种外加剂,可使加气混凝土满足其物理力学性能.为以后成功开发自保温标准的B05级玻化微珠加气混凝土体系提供参考.
Abstract: Nine groups of glazed hollow bead aerated concrete blocks are prepared by the orthogonal test method. It is found that the water content increases with the increase of the amount of glazed hollow bead. The results show that the successive order of factors affecting the strength of concrete is quick lime, fly ash and glazed hollow bead. Aerated concrete mixing with glazed hollow bead and other additives can meet the requirements of the physical and mechanical performance of concrete. It provides a reference to develop B05 glazed hollow bead aerated concrete for self-insulation system.
