摘要
以海南西线高速公路路面改建工程为依托,介绍了海南地区高速公路路面改建关键技术。面层以下基层以及土基的检测与判别、基层病害处治以及原沥青路面再生回收利用是沥青路面改建的关键技术。FWD弯沉盆数据D20-D60指标可以作为基层松散的判定指标,PSSI指数小于53时,需要对路基进行处治。泡沫沥青厂拌冷再生较适合海南地区路面再生回收利用方案。
Based on west ring expressway pavement reconstruction project of Hainan province,this paper introduced applica- tion research on the key technology reconstruction of expressway in Hainan area,including detection and discrimination on base and subgrade,disease treatment and original asphalt pavement recycling. The results showed that FWD deflection basin date D 20-D 60 could be used as a loose at subgrade. When PSSI was less than 53,subgrade need to be treated. Cold in-plant recycling with foamed asphalt was suitable for Hainan area.
