摘要
回顾了民航复合材料的发展历程,归纳了当前先进复合材料的性能分类和设计制造技术,依据国内外复合材料相关适航要求,阐述了复合材料的损伤等级,通过统计分析复合材料结构故障模式,系统总结了结构健康监控技术和修理技术在材料损伤预防方面的发展和应用现状。
Reviewing the history of development on the civil aviation composite materials, the performance category and design and manufacturing technology of the present advanced composites are introduced. Based on the requirements of composite airworthiness at home and abroad, the damage degree is discussed. With a statistical analysis of damage modes of composite structure, the current develop- ment and application of the structure health monitoring technology and repairing methods are summa- rized systematically on the composite damage prevention.
