摘要 将设计的车门三维模型导入Hypermesh中进行几何清理、修复及简化,并划分网格,建立了车门零部件有限元模型及车门总成结构有限元模型。赋予车门各零件物理属性和厚度,利用Optistruct对车门进行自由模态分析。建立了不同工况,并分析了车门在相应工况下的强度和刚度。根据分析结果对车门结构进行优化设计,为车门结构改进与优化提供依据。 In this paper, we set up the 3D model into Heypermesh, and do some early work such as geometry cleaning, repair and simplification. Then we mesh the model, and set up the finite element model of door parts and the finite element model of the assembly structure. We give physical proper- ties and thickness information to each part of the door. Free modal analysis was carried out on the door according to Optistruet. We create different operating modes and analyze the doors in the corre- sponding conditions of strength and stiffness. According to the analysis result, the optimized structure of the design provides the basis for the door structure improvement and optimization.
