摘要 疼痛医学是与所有疼痛性疾病的诊断与治疗相关的医学学科,其广大的覆盖领域使疼痛医学成为多学科亚专业.1998年3月,美国物理医学与康复考试认证委员会（The American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation,ABPMR）与美国精神病学与神经病学考试认证委员会（The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology,ABPN）联合美国麻醉医学考试认证委员会（The American Board of Anesthesiology,ABA）认可将疼痛处理的认识作为跨学科的亚专业,且上述委员会就此亚专业单独的认证标准达成一致,2002年3月,美国医学专业考试认证委员会（The American Board of Medical Specialities,ABMS）将此亚专业命名为疼痛医学.关键词：疼痛医学;医学培训;认证分类号：R49;R441.
