摘要
针对安徽省船舶类人才队伍紧缺的现状,以安徽国防科技职业学院和蚌埠神舟机械有限公司校企联合实施高职船舶电子电气技术专业人才培养为案例,详细论述专业人才培养目标、专业人才培养模式、专业核心课程群建设、校内外实践教学基地建设和专业教学团队建设等关键问题的解决策略。
For the shortage of qualified worker in Anhui Ship Class Status , as a case study of enterprises and the implementa-tion of vocational ship electrical and electronic technology professional training Cooperation by Anhui Vocational College of Defense Technology and Bengbu Shenzhou Machinery Co, the paper discusses in detail professional training objectives, professionals train-ing mode reform, professional core courses group construction, internal and external practice teaching base construction and profes-sional teaching team building and other key issues to solve strategies for professional development .
