摘要
机械零部件可靠性设计旨在设计阶段运用可靠性设计方法,分析各参数对零部件可靠性影响的程度,进而估计或预测其在规定工作条件下的状态或寿命。通过机械零部件可靠性设计可以避免传统设计的保守性和不合理性;同时,能够降低零部件的失效频率,提高产品的工作效率,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。本文介绍了机械零部件可靠性设计方法的发展,并对目前机械零部件可靠性设计方法进行了分类和评述,指出了其特点、局限性以及适用范围,为机械行业提供了可靠性设计的技术参考。
The purpose of machine components reliability design which uses reliability design method to analyze the in- fluence of various parameters on the degree of component reliability during design phase is to estimate or predict their status or lifetime under specified working conditions. The machine components reliability design can avoid the conservatism and ir rationality compared with traditional design. In the meanwhile, it can reduce the failure frequency of the components and then improve the work efficiency of the product, which can obtain significant social and economic benefits. The paper intro- duced the evolution of mechanical components reliability design method. At the same time, the present mechanical compo- nents reliability design methods were classified and reviewed, which pointed out their characteristics, limitations and appli cations. It provided the technical service of reliability design for machinery industry.
