介绍了近净成形技术的概念、发展现状及发展趋势。从精密铸造技术、精密塑性成形技术和增材制造技术3个方面,阐述了军工近净成形技术的需求重点;在专业方向定位方面,提出了典型示范、以点带面、创新机制、产研结合、统筹结合以及注重实效等建议;在保障措施方面,提出了加强顶层设计和统筹规划、加大财政资金支持力度、建立先进近净成形技术应用示范基地以及组建先进近净成形技术行业组织的国防科技工业成果推广建议。
