2010年5月,马英九就任台湾地区领导人两年之际正式提出了"黄金十年国家愿景"的政策纲领。"黄金十年"建立在"改善两岸关系"与"推动区域整合"两项原则基础上,通过政策与法规的修订推动使台湾地区朝国际化、自由化的方向发展,期望在2020年时成为全球范围内自由度最高的经济体之一。
Ma Yingjiu, leader of Taiwan region, revealed the policy guideline named ＂golden decade, national visioning＂ in his second anniversary inauguration speech in May 2010. The policy guideline is based on the two terms of ＂improving cross - strait relations＂ and ＂promoting regional integration＂ that try to prevail the deregulation policy in Taiwan region and make it one of the most internationalized and free economic entity around the world before 2020.
