摘要
随着《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》的有效实施,粤港两地的经贸关系变得越来越密切,服务贸易也得到快速发展。从粤港两地服务贸易规模、增长速度、开放度、国际市场占有率以及竞争力优势等方面对粤港两地服务贸易竞争力进行了比较分析,结果表明两地服务贸易的规模及增长速度都较快,但香港的服务贸易更具有竞争优势,竞争力水平远远高于广东。提出建立粤港服务业新兴竞合关系、积极探索粤港两地的重点合作领域以及积极依托CEPA平台促进粤港两地服务贸易的合作与融合等加强两地服务贸易合作的相关建议。
With the effective implementation of ＂Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement＂, the e- conomic and trade relations between Guangdong and Hang Kong has become increasingly close, the trade in services has also rapidly developed. This article firstly compares and analyzes the service trade competitiveness between the two places from serv- ice trade volume, growth rate, openness degree, international market share and competitive advantage and other aspects of trade in services, and the results indicate that the scale and the growth rate of trade in services between two places are faster, but Hang Kong＇ s trade in services is more competitive, much higher than the level of competitiveness in Guangdong. Then, we propose to establish new competing relationship of services, actively explore key areas of cooperation and rely on CEPA platform to promote cooperation and integration of trade in services to strengthen cooperation in trade in services between the two places.
