摘要
箱壳零部件及箱壳清洗是电容器制造过程必不可少的环节,而使用的主要材质为不锈钢钢板;清洗的目的一方面是保证焊接质量,另一方面是保证箱壳的洁净,避免造成渗漏和影响电容器性能;所以箱壳要求无油污、无尘埃、无杂质等。通过采用超声波清洗设备,利用它独特的清洗原理和清洗方法,提高了焊接质量及绝缘油的性能指标,使电容器性能得到进一步提升,并且其从经济效率和环境保护上都优于其他清洗设备。
It is an essential process of cleaning the housing and its parts, which is mainly made ot stainless steel sheet, during the capacitor manufacturing. The main purpose of the cleaning is, on one hand, assurance of welding quality and, on the other hand, is assurance of housing cleaning and avoidance of leakage and influence of capacitor' s performance. Therefore, the housing is re-quired to be oil free, dust free and impurities free. The welding quality is assured and performance of insulation oil is improved by way of ultrasonic cleaning equipment and by the use of its unique clean- ing principle and method, the performance of capacitor could be improved. Such cleaning equipment is much superior than other cleaning equipment in the aspects of both economic efficiency and envi-ronmental protection.
