摘要
干式空心电抗器运行时会在周围产生较大的漏磁场,是电力系统中电磁污染源之一。为解决此电磁污染,基于工频磁场屏蔽原理,探讨干式空心电抗器的漏磁场屏蔽方法。采用Ansoft软件的涡流场有限元计算模块,分别对电抗器上端、下段及外围漏磁场进行分析,通过仿真计算不同屏蔽方式对电抗器磁场、电感及电流分布的影响。同时生产附带外围屏蔽的电抗器样机一台,和普通电抗器做漏磁场测试对比。最后结合仿真结果和根据实际可行性,给出了工程上的应用建议。
A strong leakage magnetic field produced in the operation of dry air-core reactor is one of electromagnetic pollution sources in power system. For solving such electromagnetic pollution, the shield method of leakage electromagnetic field of dry air-core reactor is discussed on the basis of power frequency electromagnetic field principle. The leakage magnetic field at top, bottom and pe- riphery of reactor is analyzed respectively by the use of eddy current FEM of Ansoft, the influence of different shield modes on magnetic field, inductance and current distribution of reactor is calculated through simulation. A prototype reactor with periphery shield function is compared with general reac-tor in leakage field test. Finally, engineering application suggestion is given based on the simulation result together with actual feasibility.
