摘要
本文介绍了真空倒扭摆内耗形变加载装置的结构特征和工作原理。该装置能够在不改变真空及温度环境条件下,对样品进行大载荷升温变形动态内耗及模量测试。对纯镍金属丝样品的实验结果分析表明,该装置可成为除电镜技术外,另一种研究变形金属位错链长统计分布的工具。
The paper introduced the structure and working process of an inverted pendulum of type JN-1 with deformation and loading systems. It can be used in plastic deformation experiments at various temperatures combined with measuring internal friction Q-1 and dynamic modulus without changing vacuums and temperature conditions. The experimental results of pure Ni wire show that this device will become a new measuring system, together with TEM, for the investigation of dislocation link length distribution in deformed metals.
