Recovery of polyethylene glycol from the single crystal and polycrystalline silicon cutting waste plays an important role on reducing environmental pollution and improving resource utilization.There contains a large amount of waste heat in the recovery process of polyethylene glycol.The recycling of the waste heat can be carried out for heating boiler water and preheating polyethylene glycol before decolorization,which can not only get considerable economic benefit,but also get environmental benefit and social benefit.
