摘要
选择价廉易得、新鲜、当地产的物料 ,采用合理的加工工艺处理 ,研制出一种方便快捷 ,营养素较全面 ,保质期长并符合患者鼻饲管喂的速溶粉状食品。检测结果表明 :面粉 :油脂 :蔬菜 :盐 :奶粉 :蛋黄粉为 10 0 :10 :0 .5 :1:60 :10时 ,并且每日冲调食用 5 0 0 g。
In the research,fresh and low cost raw materials produced Locally were seleted and a suitable teehnological process was adopted,The product are convenient,nutritional,long shelf-life and suitable for nosal feeding,The results were as follows:The ratio of the mixture of flour,animal fat,vegetable,salt,milk powder and egg-yolk powder is 100:10:0.5:1:60:10.The dosage of 500g of this product daily will Satisfy the nutritional requirenment for patients engaging in the lightest physieal labour.
