摘要
[目的]了解膝关节镜手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。[方法]对本院2011年1月至2012年6月309例行膝关节镜手术治疗的患者围手术期抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性分析。[结果]309例患者围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的使用率61．2％，使用频度最高的是头孢替安注射剂，其次是磺苄西林注射剂，头孢美唑粉针剂等，多数药物的DUI值＜1，术后使用时间有65．4％是＞2d ，有19．4％的患者出院带有口服抗菌药物。[结论]本院膝关节镜手术患者围手术期抗菌药物的应用存在不足之处，应继续强化对抗菌药物的合理使用和监管。
[Objective] To understand the perioperative use of antibacterials in patients undergoing knee arthroscopy .[Methods] The perioperative use of antibacterials in 309 patients undergoing knee arthroscopy in our hospital from Jan .2011 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively .[Results] The perioperative usage of prophylactic antibacterials in 309 patients was 61 .2% .The use frequency of cefotiam injection was the high-est ,and that of sulbenicillin injection and cefmetazole powder injection was the second .Drug utilization index （DUI） value of most of antibacterials was lower than 1 .The use time of 65 .4% patients after the operation was more than 2 days . And 19 .4% patients were discharged from hospital with oral antibacterials .[Conclusion] There are some shortcomings on the application of perioperative use of antibacterials in patients undergoing knee arthroscopy in our hospital .The rational use and administration of antibacterials should be strengthened continuously .
