摘要
【目的】探讨曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。【方法】选取本院86例确诊为不稳定型心绞痛患者为观察对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各43例。对照组仅给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗，观察两组的临床疗效。【结果】观察组总有效率为93．02％（40／43）显著高于对照组总有效率81．39％（35／43），且两组相比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。【结论】曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床效果较好，不良反应轻微，值得临床推广。
[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with simvastatin for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. [Methods]A total of 86 patients diagnosed as unstable angina peetoris in our hospital were chosen as subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 43 patients in each group. The control group only received routine treatment, while the experimental group re- ceived trimetazidine combined with simvastatin treatment based on routine treatment. The curative effect of two groups was observed. [Results]The total effective rate of treatment group（92.9%, 40/43） was signifi- cantly higher than that in control group （82. 4%）, and there were significant differences （P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion]Trimetazidine combined with simvastatin for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris has good efficacy with mild adverse reactions, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
