摘要
盐碱土中的盐分主要为Na+、Ca2 +、Mg2 +3种阳离子和CO32 -、HCO3-、Cl-、SO4 2 -4种阴离子组成的 12种盐 ,盐分种类不同 ,对果树的危害不同。果树在盐胁迫下受害的机理主要为离子的选择吸收 (包括Na+/K+)、渗透胁迫、细胞膜的稳定性降低等。迄今为止 ,只有柑桔、葡萄、樱桃、草莓、猕猴桃等树种利用生物技术进行了耐盐性研究 ,柑桔、猕猴桃、樱桃获得了耐盐株系。各种果树的耐盐力依树种、品种。
The salinized soil is mainly composed of three cations (Na +、Ca 2+ 、Mg 2+ )and four anions (CO 3 2- 、HCO 3 -、Cl -、SO 4 2- ) ,and different salinized soil consisting of different ions cause different injury to fruit trees. Under the salt stress , there are several mechanisms of salt tolerance of fruit trees such as selective absorption of ions (including Na +/ K + ),osmotic stress and decreased cell membrane stability. The salt tolerance of fruit trees is related to species,varieties and rootstocks. Up to now , some fruit trees have been made scientific researches on the salt tolerance by biological technique; oranges,kiwifruits and cherries have acquired salt tolerant plantlets.
