培美曲塞联合顺铂与多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效比较 被引量：16

摘要 目的:比较培美曲塞联合顺铂与多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将2010年8月至2012年8月我院治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌96例随机分为两组各48例。A组给予培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗方案;B组给予多西他赛联合顺铂化疗方案。21d为一个疗程,每例患者至少化疗2个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:两组治疗总有效率、患者平均生存时间和1年生存率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组白细胞下降发生率明显低于B组(χ2=5.79,P<0.05),其余不良反应差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床效果较好,不良反应相对较易耐受。
