摘要
本文介绍了用旋转水喷丝法制取合金丝的过程,设备构造及试验参数的选择。克服了喷嘴冻结现象,提高了喷嘴密封性能,稳定合金液喷射流是制丝成功的关键。Fe_(40)Ni_(40)、B_(20)、Fe_(60)Ni_(20)B_(20)、Al_(87.8)、Si_(12.2)(均为at·%)丝的最大长度分别达到3m、3m和4m。丝的总长度分别为1000m和500m。丝的直径为140~170μm。对丝的力学性能及组织结构进行了研究。因冷却速度不够,丝不是非晶组织。
This paper describes the process for producing alloy wires by the In-Rotating-Water Spinning method, including the structure of the equipment and determining the trial parameters. The key factors for producing alloy wires are to prevent 'the freeze' [of alloy in the nozzle, to improve the hermetization of the nozzle and to stabilize alloy liquid spraying.The longest length of the wires of Fe40Ni40B20, Fe60Ni20B20 and A187.8 Sil2.2 (all above by at.%) is 3m, 3 m and 4m, and the total length of the wires is up to looo m, 1000 m and 500 m, respectively. The diameters of the wires are from 140 μm to 170 μm. The mechanical properties and microstruc-tures of the wires also have been studied. As the cooling speed is not high enough, the structure of the wires is not amorphous.
