升压半桥型光伏并网微型逆变器升压变换拓扑的研究

摘要 研究了一种新型的光伏并网微型逆变器拓扑结构,前级采用升压半桥型(Boost-Half-Bridge)拓扑电路进行直流升压,采用了零电压开关技术和隔离变压器。通过对拓扑电路进行工作原理和换流过程仿真分析,验证了所设计拓扑结构的可行性。该拓扑电路结构简单、易于控制,且成本较低,有较高的效率和可靠性。 A new topology of the grid-connected photovohaic micro-inverter was researched. Boost-half-bridge topology was used in the front-end. Zero voltage switching technology and isolation transformer was used. The working principle and the commutation process of the boost-half-bridge topology was analyzed in this paper, the feasibility of the topology was verified through the simulation. The topology has a simple circuit which is easy to control and has a low cost. 1 t also has high efficiency and reliability.
