并网逆变器定时滞环电流控制纹波抑制技术

摘要 针对并网逆变器输出电流定时滞环跟踪控制过程中电流纹波较大现象,提出了一种三电平定时滞环电流控制纹波抑制技术。分析了在常规定时滞环电流控制方法下较大电流跟踪误差δ的形成原因,就电流变化率dis/dt对δ的影响展开了论述。提出了通过在电网电势指定区间内增加逆变器交流侧输出电压零电平的方法,降低dis/dt,以减小δ,抑制电流纹波。试验结果表明,该技术可使逆变器输出δ变小,电流畸变程度变轻,能有效降低逆变器功率器件的开关损耗。 The heavy current ripple will exist usually when the periodic hysteresis control strategy is applied in the current control of grid-connected inverter. According to the phenomena, a sort of current ripple suppression technology based on the three-level periodic hysteresis current control was proposed. Firstly, the paper analysed the forming reasons of the heavy current errors 8 of periodic hysteresis current control, and the influence on the 8 from the current changing rate was discussed. This paper introduced a current ripple suppression means through adding zero levels to the output AC voltage of the inverter in the appointed intervals of the grid voltage. The experimental results show that, based on the new method, the current errors are reduced, the harmonic current are depressed distinctly. Accordingly ,the switching loss is decreased effectively compared with the traditional periodic hysteresis current control method.
