摘要
实验动物为了科技进步和人类健康做出了巨大的牺牲。在最近的几十年中,与动物生活质量有关的伦理问题已日益成为公共政策制定中争议的主题。实验动物福利相关法律可以规范人类的行为,给予实验动物应有的法律权利和地位。欧美发达国家的实验动物福利法律法规相对比较完善,尤其是英国,拥有世界上最多的,对世界影响最大的动物福利立法。深入研究欧美先进的法律法规对我国相关立法意义重大。
Laboratory animals have made great sacrifice for science-technology progress and human heahh. In recent decades, ethical issues associated with animal＇s quality of life have increasingly become a topic of public policy and controversy. Laboratory animal welfare laws can regulate human action, and give laboratory animals the legal rights and status as they deserve. In Euro-American developed countries, laboratory animal welfare laws and regulations are relatively perfect, especially in the UK, it has the most animal welfare legislations in the world, and has a great influence on the world. In-depth study on Europe an and American advanced laboratory animal welfare laws is of great significance to the legislation in our country.
