摘要
在室温下对AZ31B镁合金板材不同方向取样,研究了各向异性对镁合金板材组织和性能的影响。研究表明,在不同方向上进行拉伸,其屈服强度,抗拉强度和伸长率表现出较大的差异。从RD、45°和TD方向进行拉伸时,屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐增大,伸长率逐渐减小,这主要与不同取向试样的变形、不同变形机制主导的变形有关。而在RD和45°方向进行拉伸时,组织内部没有孪晶的出现,晶粒尺寸基本保持不变,而在TD方向进行拉伸时,组织内部出现大量孪晶。
In order to investigate the effect of anisotropy on the mechanical property and the evolution of microstructure of AZ31B magnesium alloy, the tensile test along RD, 45° and TD direction were carried out at room temperature. The results show that the yield strength, tensile strength and the elongation of the alloy are different at different direction. The yield strength and tensile strength increase from RD, 45° to TD direction, while the elongation decreases at the same time, This is related to different deformation mechanism when loading in different direction. The microstmcture and the grain size keep the same when loading at RD and 45° direction, while a number of twins occur in the microstructure when loading alonz the TD direction.
