摘要
基于ANSYS Workbench软件对直驱式抽油机8型机地脚螺栓进行分析研究,建立了直驱式抽油机的有限元简化模型,同时对抽油机地脚螺栓进行了理论计算,仿真数据与理论值对比基本吻合,证明了模型简化的合理性以及有限元分析的准确性。针对不同工况载荷下抽油机地脚螺栓的受力进行了分析计算,得到不同工况载荷下地脚螺栓的应力分布云图,对工作载荷下基础不同倾斜角度时的地脚螺栓受力进行了有限元分析,得到了基础倾斜角度对地脚螺栓的应力影响规律,同时对螺栓进行疲劳分析,得到螺栓整体疲劳寿命和疲劳安全系数,通过分析可以有效的预测地脚螺栓的断裂,为该系列抽油机安全性能分析提供有力的依据,提高了该产品在市场的竞争力。
Based on ANSYS Workbench software on direct driving type oil pumping machine type 8 machine bolts were studied, to establish the finite element model of a direct driving type oil pumping machine and anchor bolt on theoret- ical calculation, simulation data basically consistent with the theoretical value, proved the rationality of the model and fi- nite element analysis to meet project needs. For the pumping anchor bolt force is analyzed and calculated in the different load cases, obtained stress contours of connecting bolt under the different load cases. And working load under different skew angle when the bolt into the analysis calculation, and obtained the foundation inclination angles on the bolt stress in- fluence. Simultaneous fatigue analysis for bolts, obtained bolt fatigue life and safety factor. It can effectively predict the fracture of flange bolts by analyzes,for this series of oil pumping machine safety performance analysis provide strong basis and improve the market competitiveness of the product.
