摘要
介绍了举高消防车的分类和臂架结构,分析了举高消防车运动工况,建立了典型举高消防车臂架受力模型并进行了有限元分析,通过对不同类型举高消防车进行的应力测试结果进行分析,提出了举高消防车臂架应力测试点选择方法。
The classification of aerial fire fighting vehicle and the structure of boom were introduced. The movement of the boom was analyzed. Built a typical model of the boom and studied the working forces by the means of simulate analyzing. The stress test on all types of fire fighting vehicle had been done, proposing a selection method of testing points through the result.
