摘要
目的:分析采用分级护理的方法对预防老年髋关节置换术中下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响。方法:将178例老年髋部骨折手术患者随机分为干预组和对照组各89例,对照组给予常规骨科护理,干预组在此基础上,通过Autar评分后根据分级结果采取有针对性的护理措施,观察两组患者下肢深静脉发生情况。结果:干预组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据Autar评分表对患者的评估结果采取分级护理后有利于预防下肢深静脉血栓的形成,提升患者生活质量。
Objective： To explore the effects of the method of grading nursing to prevent the deep venous thrombosis IDVT） of lower limbs for the elderly patients with hip replacement. Methods： 178 elderly patients with hip fracture surgery were randomly divided into control group （ n= 89 ） and intervention group （n= 89 ）. The control group were treated by routine orthopedic nursing,and the intervention group were treated by targeted nursing based on ratings by Autar grading in addition to the routine orthopedic nursing. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis were observed between two groups. Results： The extremity DVT formation of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Grading nursing care for patients based on the results of the assessment by the Autar score sheet is conducive to prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis and enhance the quality of life of the elderly patients with hip fracture patients.
