摘要
文章以非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇和OP乳化剂为模板,醋酸为抑制剂,通过溶胶凝胶法制备了介孔TiO2,通过正交试验得到了制备介孔TiO2光催化剂的较优实验条件为:固定钛酸丁酯10 mL,V乙醇∶V钛酸丁酯=6∶1,醋酸4 mL,水8 mL,PEG-1000与OP-10的质量比1∶3。用SEM和XRD对所制备的催化剂进行了表征,以罗丹明B为模拟有机污染物对催化剂的光催化脱色性能进行了考察。结果表明,在优化条件下得到的介孔TiO2具有良好的光催化性能。
In this paper, mesoporous TiO2 is prepared by sol-gel method with polyethylene glycol and OP as the template, and acetic acid as the inhibitor. Orthogonal tests are designed and the optimal experimental conditions for preparing mesoporous TiO2 photocatalyst can be summarized as follows: the volume of fixed butyl titanate is 10 ml, V( ethanol): V( Tet- rabutylorthotitanate) =6: 1, the volume of acetic acid and water is 4 and 8 mL respectively, PEG-1000:OP-10 is 1: 3. The prepared photocatalysts are characterized by XRD and SEM. The photocatalytic activity for decolorization of catalyst with rhodamine B aqueous solution as the model pollutant is investigated. The results show that the mesoporous TiO2 prepared under the optimal condition has excellent photocatalytic performance.
