植物中一组杂环取代的丙氨酸衍生物研究进展 被引量:1

Study on the Group of Heterocyclic β-substituted α-alanines in Plants

摘要 本文对含羞草氨酸、使君子氨酸、黧豆素、西瓜子氨酸等9种丙氨酸衍生的非蛋白氨基酸的种属分布、生物合成及生理活性研究作综述,并对进一步研究作简单讨论。 The amino acids characterised as the heterecyclic β-substituted α-alanines are an important part of non-protein amino acids in plants, some of which were found to be synthesized by cysteine synthase. In the reactions, one of the hy- drogen atoms of β carbon in alanine is replaced with a heteroycle such as pyrazole, pyrimidine, isoxazol, oxadiazol and triazol. In this paper, the group of these amino acids, including β-(isoxazoline-5-on-2-yl)-L-alanlne (BIA) in many spe- cies of the tribe .Vicieae, minosine in Leucacna giauca, lathyrine in several Lathyrus sativs species, quisqualic acid (QA) in Quisqualis indica,β- (pyrazol-l-yl) -L-alanine (BPA) in Citrullus vulgaris , Willardilne in Acacia willardiana and Mimosa asperata, isowillardiine in pea seedlings as well as 1,2,4-triazol-l-yl)-L-alanine (BTA) and fl-( 3-amino- 1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-L-alanine (BATA) in higher plants, were' reviewed. Emphasis was placed on their distributions, bio- synthesis, and the physiological activities. Finally, aspects of the particularl), important research on those heteroeyellc non-protein amino acids in the future are discussed.
