摘要 本文采用超临界流体色谱(SFC)简便快速地测定厚朴中的厚朴酚及和厚朴酚,样品经微波提取后用SFC分析,分析时间只需要20 min并且样品无需前处理,该方法可以用于厚朴中的厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量测定。 In this study, a simple, rapid and reliable supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) method was developed for the determination of honokiol and magnolol in Magnoliae offinalis. The sample was extracted with microwave and ana- lyzed by SFC. The whole analysis was completed within 20 min and did not need time-consuming sample preprocess. The method presented here was useful for the determination of honokiol and magnolol in M. o ff'winal.
