摘要
研究了受热阻、热漏影响的不可逆费米量子卡诺制冷机的最优性能 ,得到了量子制冷机制冷率与制冷系数间的基本优化关系 ,揭示了热漏对制冷机性能的影响 .
This paper investigates the optimal pe rformance of an irrieversible fermi quantum Carnot refrigerator under the therma l resistance and heat leak. The fundamental formula—the relation between the op timal coefficient of performance and the rate of refrigeration of quantum refrig erator is derived. From this formula, the important effect of heat leak on perfo rmance of a quantum refregirator is revealed.
