摘要
本文以"民营医院的环境营造"为探索主题,对我国民营医院发展环境作了历史回顾,并从政策、社会、行业三个层面阐述了我国民营医院当前所处的环境条件,据此提出了应营造民营医院认知环境、政策环境、监管环境、人才环境、科技环境以及投资融资环境等六种发展环境的观点。
In order to explore a suitable developmental environment of private hospital, the author reviews the development history of environmental change. The current environment is expounded from three levels of policy, social, and industry. On the basis of the cognition, policy, regulation, talent, technology and financing, the author put forward view to construct suitable environment for private hospitals.
