尺动脉路径冠状动脉造影7例分析
摘要
桡动脉是冠状动脉造影的主要路径，但因其存在迂曲、痉挛等情况，可导致经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉造影不能顺利完成，而需要改为经股动脉穿刺造影。近年来我院尝试性进行了经尺动脉穿刺行冠状动脉造影并获得满意效果，现报告如下。
