摘要
由于受原料、上机工艺、织物组织等因素影响,高档衬衣面料经过后整理加工后,布面容易起泡,影响外观效果。从原料选择、织物组织设计、上机工艺调整等方面进行研究,分析了高档细特衬衣面料起泡现象的原因,提出了布面起泡现象的解决措施,由此达到提高生产效率及增加企业效益的目的。
Due to raw material, weaving process and fabric weave, surface blistering is easily made after high-grade shirt fabric were finished, with affecting the fabric appearance. In this paper, the causes are studied from raw material selection, fabric weave design and processing technology with countermeasures to solve the blistering put forward, thus improving the production efficiency and enterprise benefit.
