摘要
竞争数据管理系统的根本任务在于对竞争数据进行有效的收集、存储、处理 ,并提供面向工具的分析。数据仓库就提供了这样一个分析环境 :它从业务管理系统中抽取数据 ,并将其转换、集成以及按不同的级别综合 ,以供进一步的信息分析和战略决策使用。数据仓库有三个基本的技术 :数据仓库、联机分析处理 (OL AP)。
