高精度磁法用于硐室爆破盲炮检测的可行性探讨 被引量:5

A FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE HIGH PRECISION MAGNETIC METHOD FOR CHAMBER BLASTING MISFIRE DETECTION

摘要 在工程爆破实践中,盲炮产生后未爆炸的炸药在地下要占据一定的空间,硐室爆破盲炮检测可归结为探测在地下一定范围内硐室爆破盲炮点物理性质异常的问题。高精度磁法即在硐室内预置磁性体建立物理场源,炸药爆炸后磁性体被破坏,物理场源消失。理论上,通过对比硐室爆破前后地面磁场的变化,可实现硐室爆破盲炮的检测。现场试验研究表明,在现有技术与经济条件下,高精度磁法用于硐室爆破盲炮检测依旧是个难题。 In the blasting engineering practice,the explosive unexploded would occupied a certain space after generating misfire.The problem of chamber blasting misfire detection could be attributed to detecting the abnormal physical properties of misfire.High-precision magnetic method was adopted in the chamber preset magnetic body,the magnetic field which generated by magnetic body disappeared after the blasting engineering.The misfire could be detected through the comparison between changes of magnetic field before and after blasting on the ground theoretically.The experiment results showed that high-precision magnetic method in misfire detection was still a difficult problem under current technological and economic conditions,but the feasibility study formed the foundation for detection and recognition of misfire in cham- ber blasting even deep-hole blasting.
