摘要
本文研究了在β-环糊精(β-CD)存在下,用2-(5-溴-2吡啶偶氮)-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)与钴显色反应测定钴。显色物最大吸收波长位于585um,钴含量在0~15μg/25mL范围内遵守比耳定律.表观摩尔吸光系数ε585=8.84×104mol·L-1·cm-1。方法操作简便、灵敏、稳定,以EGTA-NH4F-焦磷酸钠联合掩蔽剂可消除大量干扰离子影响,能不经分离直接测定人发中微量钴。
In this paper the author makes a study on the colour reaction between 2 - (5bromo-2 -pyridyazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PANDAP) and cobal (Ⅱ)in β- cyclodextrin (β-CD). The maximum absorption of the colour complex is at 585nm. Beer's lawis obeyed in range of 0 ~15μgCo/25mL.The apparent molar absorption is 8. 84×104L· mol-1 The way of the determination of trace cobalt is simple,sensistive and steady.It can get rie of the influence on many disturbing ions with EGTA-NA4F and sodium pyrospho phate as masking agent,This method needn't seprate from disturbing ions and can directly determine trace cobalt in human hair.
