摘要
生产制造中空间尺寸的精度控制涉及多方面因素,以车辆消声器为例,其中零件精度、焊接夹具、焊接变形、专用检具几个因素容易引起和受到重视,但仅此还很不够。尺寸工程既是技术方法,也是新的管理方式,需要重视和开展。尺寸工程加上现代化的技术手段,对解决生产制造中空间尺寸的精度控制问题具有重要意义。
The accuracy control of space size in manufacturing is related to many factors,taking an example of car mufflers,the precision of parts,welding jigs,welding deformation,special fixture several factors should be paid attention,but that is not enough.Dimension engineering is the technical methods and new management style,which need attention.Combined with modern technology,size engineering solving the space size in manufacture is of great significance.
