普通白菜自交不亲和系选育及利用 被引量:1

摘要 以小孢子培养获得的纯合普通白菜植株为材料,分别测定花期和蕾期自交的亲和指数。按照花期亲和指数小于1且蕾期亲和指数大于5的选择标准,筛选出自交不亲和株系。植株商品成熟时,调查各入选不亲和株系的株型、叶形、叶色、株高等性状,应用SPSS 20.0数据分析系统和方差分析软件对所获数据进行分析并聚类;同时对各自交系的蕾期、花期和系内株间花期授粉亲和指数进行测定,根据亲和指数以及性状聚类结果,筛选优良的自交不亲和系并确定其配组方式。结果表明,1-59、1-142、2-94和3-44 4个株系花期自交亲和指数小于1,蕾期自交亲和指数大于5,且系内株间亲和指数小于2,为优良自交不亲和系;1-59、1-142、2-94和3-44在等值线12处分别聚为不同的3类,这4份材料宜利用双列杂交法选配单交种。
