摘要
研究了以猕猴桃为主要原料 ,利用TH -AADY发酵酿制猕猴桃果酒的生产工艺 ,提出了产品的理化指标 。
The production technology of kiwi fruit wine made from the kiwi fruit and fermented by TH-AADY was studied in this paper.The physicochemical index of kiwi fruit wine was detailed.The main technical questions of the production were described.
