拉伸载荷下黏结材料的应力强度分析

摘要 研究拉伸载荷下黏结材料裂纹问题的应力场强度.推导黏结材料裂纹问题的应力场和位移场,以位移场表达式为插值函数,应用有限元和边界元结合的方法,分析黏结材料的应力强度.通过算例计算拉伸载荷下2种钢的黏结材料裂纹问题的应力强度因子,结果表明:2种钢材黏结的应力强度因子和单一材料裂纹的应力强度因子相接近,可以通过2种材料的黏结形成人造裂纹. The stress intensity of bonding material under tension was studied in this paper.The stress field and displacement field of bonding materials crack was derived.The finite element and boundary element alternating method was used to analyses the stress intensity of bonding material crack taken the displacement field as the interpolating function.As an example,two kinds of steel finite plate with single bonding material crack were computed.The results show that the stress intensity factor of bonding material crack is similar to that of single material.Therefore,the artificial crack can be formed by using two materials.
