紫铜薄板CMT搭接焊接接头组织与性能 被引量:4

Microstructure and properties of CMT lap-welded joint of red copper sheets

摘要 采用冷金属过渡技术(CMT)对T2紫铜薄板进行搭接连接.使用光学金相显微镜(OM)、万能力学试验机和显微硬度仪等设备对焊接接头的显徼组织及力学性能进行分析.结果表明:在CMT焊的方法下,可以得到成形良好、内部无缺陷的搭接接头;在进行拉伸试验时,断裂发生在热影响区,接头的拉剪强度为195~204MPa. T2 red copper sheets were lap-jointed with cold metal transfer (CMT) technique.Microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were analyzed with optical microscopy(OM),universal mechanical testing machine,and hardness testing machine.The result showed that with CMT welding,a well formed joint without internal defect could be obtained.The joint fractured in the heat affected zone during tensile test and had a tensile shear strength of 195~204 MPa.
