负压封闭引流术治疗四肢创伤复杂创面的临床效果 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨负压封闭引流术在四肢创伤复杂创面治疗中的临床效果。方法将78例四肢创伤复杂创面患者随机分为两组,各39例。对照组给予常规换药处理,观察组采用负压封闭引流术(VSD)治疗,对比两组患者创面清洁时间、换药次数及植皮后的临床疗效。结果观察组创面清洁时间与换药次数明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 VSD对于治疗四肢创伤复杂创面具有安全、有效、简便的优势,值得临床推广应用。
