轨道车辆齿轮箱故障诊断系统研究与开发 被引量:2

摘要 对传感器采集的齿轮箱监测数据信号进行数学处理,先进行特征因子计算,如峰值、均值、均方、偏度、峭度、峰值因子等,再进行高级分析,如傅立叶变换、希尔伯特变换、小波变换、倒频谱变换等,通过这些处理后的数字图形可以帮助更好的进行故障诊断.通过振动诊断的时域分析方法、频域分析方法、模糊诊断方法等识别和诊断故障,并建立故障诊断专家系统,用以实现智能故障诊断. In order to mathematically process the signals of gearbox from sensor acquistition, the time domain and frequency domain of signal should be calculated firstly, for example, the peak value, mean value, mean square, skewness, peakedness, peak factor and so on. Then the advanced analysis, for example, Flourier transform, Hilbert transform, wavelet transform, cepstrum and so on, should be analysed. By means of digital images they can help better to do the fault diagnosis. Through the domain cenalysis, frequency domain analysis and fuzzy algorithm of vibration, the expert system of fault diagnosis is established, and it can be used to perform the intelligent trouble diagonosis.
