上海里弄住宅作为城市历史街区的主要组成部分,其价值往往被低估。其在上海城市发展的进程中,与社会、经济状况保持了高度的协调,随着压力不断做出适应性调整,作为具备综合功能的单元独立运转,体现出了典型的现代性特征。这些伴随城市发展而出现的固有特征,对城市日常运行与未来发展都提供了有益的借鉴。
The Shanghai Lilong housing is the main part of urban historical dis- tricts though its value is frequently underestimated. They highly coordinate with the situation of society and economy during the developing process of Shanghai, modify themselves continuously under particular pressure, operate independently as compre- hensive function urban units and show typical features of modernity. These internal characteristics provide meaningful use for reference for city daily operation and the development in the future.
