西红花主要活性成分含量变异规律研究

摘要 本文采用高效液相色谱法测定西红花苷含量,并分析了产地、施肥方式、采收时间、遮覆方式、叶形态特征、产量性状与西红花苷含量的关系。结果表明不同产地、施肥方式、遮覆方式的西红花中西红花苷含量存在显著差异(P〈0.05),西红花苷含量与柱头重、种球重、叶片数、叶长呈负相关性,与采收时间没有显著的关系。由此可得西红花主要活性成分含量存在一定的变异规律,覆草不遮阴、配合施用有机肥与无机肥有利于西红花苷含量积累,针对产量筛选优良品系时,应优先考虑在叶较长、叶片少的品系中选择,本文的研究为西红花优质栽培与优良品系筛选提供了依据。 The crocin contents in Crocus sativus have been determined by high performance liquid chromatog- raphy (HPLC), after which the relationships between contents and origins, fertilization mode, picking time, cov- ering methods, morphological character of leaves, yield character have been studied. It showed that there was ob- viously different between contents in Crocus sativus from different origins, fertilization mode and covering methods. Besides, there was negative correlation between contents and weight of stigma and seed, number and length of leaves. The picking time had no obvious correlation with contents. Thus it can be seen that covering grass with no shade and cooperation application of organic and inorganic fertilizer could improve the crocin contents. Thus, to select high yield line in Crocus sativus, priority should be given to the line with longer and less leaves. The studies has laid a foundation for high quality cultivation and superior line selection in Crocus sativus.
