摘要 分子印迹技术在最近20年得到了快速发展,基于水相识别的分子印迹技术也受到了广泛关注。介绍了分子印迹技术的发展,探讨了水相中分子印迹聚合物的制备方法,综述了各种亲水性分子印迹聚合物在分离分析中的应用,并对未来水相分子印迹技术的发展和应用进行了展望。 Molecularly imprinted technique was rapidly developed in the last two decades. Water-compatible molecularly imprinted techniques were also widely concerned. The development of molecularly imprinted technique and the preparation methods of water-compatible molecularly imprinted polymers were intro- duced. The application of hydrophilic molecularly imprinted polymers in separation and analysis was re- viewed. Finally, the development trends of water-compatible molecularly imprinted technique were pros- pected.
