摘要
针对传统的H桥级联整流器的电容电压的平衡控制策略下,H桥单元因投切频繁,器件的开关频率较高,带来较大的开关损耗的问题,本文提出了一种H桥级联型整流器的电容电压优化平衡控制策略。该方法设置了直流电容电压保持区间,在该区间内,H桥单元的投切状态保持不变,而在该区间之外,H桥单元的投切状态恢复。本文所提出的电容电压优化平衡控制策略能够有效降低开关器件的开关动作次数,仿真和实验验证了所提出理论的正确性和控制策略的可行性。
The problem of traditional cascaded H-bridge rectifier (CHBR) is the high switching-frequency and great switching-loss of power devices due to the frequent switching in/out of H-bridge module. To solve this problem, an optimized capacitor voltage balance control for cascaded H-bridge rectifier was pro- posed to reduce the switching frequency of devices. The DC capacitor voltage remain interval was set in this method, the in/out status of H-bridge keep unchanged in the voltage interval and restore out of the voltage interval. The validity and feasibility of proposed control scheme are verified through simulation and experiment results.
