摘要
医院行政管理对医院的运营有着非常重要的作用,而有效发挥这一作用的核心在于行政管理岗员工的综合职业素养和高效管理水平。为了提高管理岗员工的综合业务素质,医院需不断对管理岗员工进行职业培训及再教育,以为患者提供最优的医疗服务为出发点,进而提升医院整体品牌、提高医院核心竞争力。为了做到有的放矢,调查者对北京市某三级甲等专科医院的管理岗职工进行了培训需求调查,以了解其培训需求,为医院管理岗职工培训制度及相关政策的制定提供依据。
The executive management of hospital plays a very important role in hospital management. The key point of executive management is the comprehensive occupational quality and management level. In order to improve professional quality of executive staff, hospitals should carry out occupational training and re -education continuously aiming at providing the best medical service to patients, so as to improve the brand and core competitiveness of hospital. The authors have investigated employees on executive position in a firs - class hospital at grade 3, to find out their demand of training and provide the basis of executive position training system policy -making in hospital.
